V stated as a general rule we're to vote on all parts of a series as one.... which to me, is kinda off... 30 years between Twilite Zones... each Star Trek is quite different from the others... Outer Limits... it would be like in a movie tournament saying you're voting for both versions of The Fly or The Thing, or Texas Chainsaw Massacre.... or Psycho.
Anyway- Dr. Who. |
none of those

Dr. Who - Precious show of my childhood.
... (And I'm REALLY sad to see Office go so soon. Dexter is SO overrated  ) |

Time for a spanking, girl. |

she needs a spanking alright - but not the kind she'll enjoy !!! look .. there are 5 shows good enough to compete for the top spot. (there are others that are pretty good - but these 5 are the all time greats) Dexter Battlestar Galactica SCTV Monty Python Beverly Hillbillies since hardly any of you are enlightened enough to recognize SCTV as the best show of all time ... we'll have to go with Dexter. end of story. |

BRING it, BOYS! ... In terms of Dexter... First, I don't think that Michael C. Hall is that talented an actor. I feel as though, with every episode he's struggling. That coupled with the fact that some of his personality does NOT fit the typical serial killer profile at all - I thought that he needed to be significantly darker than he was; more sexually deviant - I think I wanted to have more dynamism between he and his girlfriend. Also - All of the tertiary characters are awful; two-dimensional, painful to watch, and poorly acted. And the reveal of the first season was predictable and contrived. Maybe it gets better after that, but I was SORELY disappointed. P.S. SCTV IS fantastic, but I've only seen bits and pieces, not enough to truly vote on it as being amazing. |
