we just made a salad with mixed greens (lots of spinach among it), yellow capsicum, grape tomatoes, capers, crushed chick peas, danish fetta, grated light cheese, and a dressing I made with full egg mayo, lots of lemon juice, chopped ginger, oregano, and just a little premade light italian dressing to space it out, pinch of salt, additional water to thin the mixture.

Holy crap...I bought a spicy noodle dish the other day...one of those add water and reconstitute the constituents things. And hot damn, it was insanely hot, like scary hot, like sick hot dude. I was sorry I ate the silly thing!
